Coffee This Week was created because of the current circumstances to help people connect virtually and get some social contact.

While Meetup allows users to create and discover events, Coffee This Week allows users to discover and share their availabilities to any activity.

Imagine you are available to discuss a business idea with someone, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, during your morning coffee.

On meetup you would have to create an event for each availability and that would not even be really an event.
